In 2004, the architect and artist Leonel Moura invited Emanuel Pimenta to elaborate a preliminary project for a cultural center in the Mayer Park, one of the most emblematic places of Lisbon, in Portugal. The project was created for an exhibition, together with other projects, and a public debate.
