| In 1995, the
Machine of the Senses Project was launched. It was an architectural
project for sensorial labs spread out all over the world. The
basic design was elaborated like a huge three-dimensional tangram,
which could be assembled in diverse ways, creating different
buildings, depending on the climate, land conditions etc. All
buildings should be interconnected in real time by sound and
image. All buildings would give to the users all tools for sensorial
experiences as well as ways for tele-experiences. |
